High incline angles can cause product to roll over the top of the screw, greatly reducing production rates. This RMF Screw Conveyor pictured to the right incorporates formed lids to keep product from rolling over, solving capacity issues.
This RMF Metering Hopper pictured below provides storage capacity required for some batch operations. It includes an agitator to eliminate product bridging above the screw.
