System Overview
RMF Blend/Cook systems incorporate RMF Cooking Mixers with dumpers, belt and screw conveyors, and platforms for customers producing soups, gravies, melted cheeses, and other cooked products. The cooking mixers use direct steam injection and/or a steam jacket for heating. RMF will customize the system to meet your space and production requirements.
What’s Involved
Mixer/Blender
Food processors employ RMF Mixer/blenders to homogeneously mix a wide variety of products. The independent agitator controls allow for operation in mix, reverse mix, and discharge modes.
Lift & Pivot Dumper
RMF’s Lift & Pivot Dumper is a workhorse in the food processing industry. It lifts and pivots the load within the dumper’s base, greatly reducing frame stress. And, its one cylinder lifting and tilting requires less maintenance.
Pivot Dumper
Vat Pivot Dumpers from RMF are known for their dependable performance and long-lasting service life. They are capable of dumping nearly any product material and include safety features and custom chute options.
Single Column Dumper
RMF’s Single Column Cart Dumpers feature a unique design and manufacturing technique that ensure quick, easy sanitation and production efficiency. Available with many custom options, including custom carriages for unusual containers, and special options for low ceiling heights.
Belt Conveyor
Food processors around the world employ RMF Belt Conveyors in their production. They have total design flexibility for single conveyors or complex material handling systems, and they are available with all types of belting.
Screw Conveyor
RMF Screw Conveyors provide many advantages for food processors, including temperature controlling options, quickly removable seals for efficient cleaning, and adjustable wear strips that separate the screw and trough.
