System Overview
RMF Pet Food Processing Systems include a wide variety of processing equipment. A typical process flow would be to microwave temper frozen raw material and store it along with fresh raw material in RMF Storage Loaders. The system can then automatically pull specific amounts of raw materials from the storage loaders according to least cost formulation to be ground and blended before being pumped to a further process like RMF Cooking Mixers, or patty formers. From there, consider an RMF Spiral Freezer to cool/freeze the final product before packaging. RMF designs the systems to fit your space and production requirements.
