Lifting and pivoting the load within the RMF Vat Dumper’s base is the key for long service life. Keeping the load within the RMF Vat Dumper’s base greatly reduces frame stress. This increases service life and reduces maintenance requirements.
Pallet Drop Option
The RMF Pallet Drop feature keeps combo pallets from being near or above product, greatly reducing potential contamination issues.
Single Hydraulic Cylinder
Lifting and tilting the load with a single cylinder mounted at floor level keeps hydraulic hoses, fittings, and cylinder rods low. Keeping hydraulic fluid at floor level eliminates contamination issues and simplifies maintenance. Please note that RMF offers both painted and stainless steel cylinders.
