RMF Freezers Double Pass Airflow
RMF Freezers airflow is unique and efficient. We pressurize the top half of our system with the coldest air. That air passes over product horizontally and is then baffled down through the center of the spiral into the spiral’s lower half. Here the air passes horizontally over the product for a second time before it re-enters the coil where it is re-chilled. This Double Pass Airflow is far more efficient than airflow that hits product vertically one time as seen in most competitive spirals.
