CO2 Poultry Marinater
Overview
The Challenge RMF CO2 Poultry Marinater is the best system for marinating and chilling products to forming temperature. The system maintains the superior Challenge RMF meat-on-meat marination action found in our line of Vacuum Meat Massagers and combines it with precise and efficient chilling. The larger diameter drums and doors allow for easy and quick unloading of cold product ready for forming. Because the drum is shorter, CO2 disperses better and chilling occurs more evenly.
